Sửa lỗi truy cập file PST bị từ chối sau khi nâng cấp Windows 10

Sau khi nâng cấp Windows 10, nhiều người dùng không thể mở được Outlook và nhận được thông báo lỗi:
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file
C:\Users\Robert\Documents\Outlook Files\Robert.pst".

Lỗi này hay xảy ra khi người dùng chuyển đổi tài khoản đăng nhập Windows từ tài khoản Local sang tài khoản Microsoft, quyền cho phép điều chỉnh file PST đã bị bỏ qua. Để khắc phục lỗi này, mời bạn cùng tham khảo bài viết dưới đây của Quản trị mạng.

1. Giành lại quyền truy cập

Để giành lại quyền truy cập, bạn có thể chỉnh sửa quyền cho phép file:
1. Tìm tập tin bị lỗi.
2. Kích chuột phải vào file rồi chọn Properties.
3. Chọn thẻ Security.
4. Chọn nút Edit....
5. Chọn tài khoản User của bạn.
6. Chọn quyền cho phép là Full Control.
7. Chọn OK và chờ cho đến khi hộp thoại đóng.
8. Lúc này mở lại Outlook của bạn một lần nữa.

2. Reset tất cả quyền cho phép tài khoản User

1. Duyệt tìm C:\Users.
2. Kích chuột phải vào thư mục user rồi chọn Properties.
3. Chọn thẻ Security.
4. Xác nhận User hoặc Group có quyền "Full Control" truy cập các thư mục:
  • System
  • your user account
  • Administrators
5. Chọn Advanced.
6. Ở góc dưới cùng bên trái, chọn tùy chọn Replace all child object permissions entries with inheritable permission entries from this object.
7. Chọn OK.
8. Nếu trên màn hình xuất hiện cảnh báo, click chọn Yes.
9. Chờ cho đến khi quá trình hoàn tất. Tùy thuộc vào số lượng file trong thư mục User của bạn, quá trình có thể diễn ra trong khoảng vài phút.
10. Sau khi quá trình hoàn tất, bạn sẽ được quay trở lại cửa sổ Properties. ChọnOK để đóng cửa sổ lại.

Mở nắp cửa tháo hộp mực máy in ra, cụm cartridge gồm 2 phần : cụm trống và cụm mực.
